If a star fell for every unhappy moment our hearts have been torn by,
then every happy heartened lover would look to the moon and sigh,
Because the peaceful deep blue sky would be left unadorned each night.
We must learn to chase the unhappy moments away and walk beneath the starlight.
Life is too long, too sad, and too dark when we fear what others might say.
Deep down we all want to really be ourselves,
But we are afraid we're not sticking to the conventional way.
Life can be too short, never too joyful, and always filled with starlight.
Some of us must break loose and live each moment to its fullest,
Now while it is still the dawn of light!
